• Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section.
• Work proactively and independently.
• Plan the menu.
• Support your team during busy/stressful situations.
• Supervising, motivating and working closely with other Chefs of all levels.

• +3 years of work experience.

• Knowledge of all kitchen sections and ability to supervise one of them.

• Excellent management of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, tools and processes.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask.

• Ability to lead teams.

• Passport / European ID.

• Medium/high level of English

• Six month renewable contract

• Possibility of permanent contract.
